Belgian Golden Strong – Brewed with a simple grist of castle pilsner, cane sugar, and cara foam. Fermented with Wyeast bgs strain in our open tank with no temperature control. 9.25% abv
Gentlemen Prefer Blonde Ales – brewed only with Weyermann Pilsner Malt and Weyermann Carafoam. Dry hopped in the brite tank for a crisp, quaffable American blonde ale with a balanced hop aroma.
Humulus Nocta – The second creation in our Humulus Series, Humulus Nocta is Fermented 100% in French Oak, with 100% Brettanomyces Lambicus, in the same barrels as our Humulus Lambicus. A blast of resinous Tomahawk, and piney Chinook hops greet the nose first, with the leathery funk of Brett L. in hot pursuit. This unusual juxtaposition creates a delightful, and truly “Cascadian” dark ale. 7.7% abv
Humulus Lambicus – the perfect fusion of West Coast hopping rates and farmhouse funk. Humulus Lambicus is hopped aggressively and fermented 100% in French oak Pinot Noir barrels, with only Brettanomyces Lambicus. Aromas of cedar and sandalwood from the 100% Brett. fermentation blend beautifully with spicy orange marmalade hop notes, and a drying hint of oak. 5.6% abv
