KillerBeerFest5: The Details

Alright, enough silliness; let’s get down to business. Here’s what you need to know about tomorrow’s KillerBeerFest at Bailey’s Taproom.

WHAT: Brewpublic owner Angelo De Ieso curates the most killer line-up of twenty-something rare beers from his favorite breweries.

WHEN: Saturday the 26th of October, starting at 2 PM and running until midnight.

WHERE: 213 SW Broadway in downtown Portland, OR.

WHY: To drink great beer and in the process, donate money to a good cause! Profits go towards paying down Angelo’s outrageous medical bills.

HOW MUCH: $5 cash at the door grants admission and a souvenir glass that’s yours to take home. Most beers will be available in 16oz and 8oz servings at prices ranging from $2-$4; some beers will be available in 8oz and 4oz servings at prices ranging from $2-$6.

Gigantic Madness: bourbon barrel-aged Belgian quadrupel blended with sour ale

Vertigo Tropical Heat Wave: blonde ale infused with habanero peppers and pineapple

Old Town/Rock Bottom Kaw-Liga: smoked red ale

Cascade Lemon A Peel: barrel-aged sour with lemon

Walking Man Chocolate Orange Stout: the name says it all

Fort George North VII: Belgian imperial IPA aged in bourbon barrels

Pints Dunkelweizen: classic German-style dark wheat beer

GoodLife Lemongrass Mountain Rescue: hoppy pale ale with lemongrass added

Breakside Rye Barrel-Aged IPA: an imperial IPA aged in rye whiskey barrels

PlankTown Misery Whip: an imperial ESB

Upright J’eux d’eau: a sour beer barrel-aged with muscat grapes

Agrarian There Wit Gose Again: a blend of Belgian wit and German gose

-10 Barrel Peaceful Pepper Ale: a chili pepper beer

Laurelwood Red Elephant: a india red ale version of the organic Green Elephant IPA

Hopworks Motherland: a Russian imperial stout

Widmer Les Petites Merveilles: an autumnal french-style farmhouse ale

Falling Sky Nuggets of Wisdom: a fresh hop pale ale

Ninkasi Alt Pale Ale: a pale ale fermented with an alt yeast strain

Worthy Bourbon Stout: a barrel-aged American stout

Flat Tail Black Saison: Belgian-style saison with dark malts

Barley Brown’s Turmoil: a cascadian dark ale
