Chardonnay – Oregon, USA
No Dijon clones were harmed in the making of this wine! This vintage’s composition: Musqué, Espiguette, Mendoza, 108, Old Wenté, and Mt. Eden clones, from four distinct vineyard sites across the Willamette Valley. Fermented and aged in mostly second and third fill 140L barriques, primary fermentation can take up to 12 months to complete, and malo-lactic fermentation usually finishes first.
